I've lived aboard my sailboat in Channel Islands Harbor for about the last five years. In that time, I've witnessed some interesting situations around the harbor - some good, some less so.

Recreational boating is supposed to be fun. Our harbor and waterways are among the last natural resources that average folks can enjoy without having to spend more than they can afford.
